  • We, Jen and Erik Zeitlow, are the owners of the Colorado Tap House and having lived in Arvada for over 25 years we feel strongly about supporting local.

We know fundraising can be a challenge for school teams, clubs and other organizations so we put together a simple fundraising program called “Local Support on Tap”.

We partner with many different types of local organizations for fundraisers.

    • K–12 Schools (Sports, PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Music/Marching Band, Senior Prom)

    • Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)

    • Agriculture and Equestrian Groups (Future Farmers, Community Gardens, 4-H, Westernaires)

If your request falls into one of these categories (or one similar) and meets the guidelines, please reach out to us at fundraising@ColoradoTapHouse.com and we will do our best to accommodate your group.

Note that we need at least three weeks notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give us time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser!

  • Let’s make sure we’re a good fit for a partnership! Before reaching out, please make sure you aren’t fundraising for any of the following causes:

    • Individual causes (scholarships, stipends, personal medical expenses, trips)

    • For-profit ventures (your startups, businesses)

    • Lobbying or political groups

    • Outside our local area or anything else we just decide isn’t a good fit

Before reaching out, please make sure you can provide your TAX ID number (EIN) a W-9 (in most cases) and note that checks will only be written to the organization listed on the provided tax documentation.

Groups are welcome to participate once per year/season.

The Colorado Tap House will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.

  • In order for purchases to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must either a) show a physical fundraiser flyer, b) show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device, or c) verbally tell our cashier of their participation.

All drink, food and even to-go purchases count; however gift card and merchandise are excluded (as are the rotating food trucks as they operate independent of us).
